The location was perfect, being close to public transportation and just a few stops away from major tourist attractions. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities available. The breakfast spread was excellent, with delicious options including natural yogurt and great coffee. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early when we arrived in the morning. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location of the hotel is perfect for families with children. It is very close to the metro station, which makes it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for the whole family. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including free slippers. the hotel offers a good breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
Some staff members seem to have a poor working attitude and lack professionalism.

We recently had a delightful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Milan. The location is perfect, situated in a nice neighborhood and just a few minutes walk from the Metro station. Despite being in a quiet area, it only takes 3 stops on the Metro to reach the bustling Duomo. The hotel offers a wide range of services, from room service to laundry, ensuring enhanced comfort and convenience for guests. The staff at this venue are attentive and friendly, from the reception desk to the doorman, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Furthermore, the rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV, providing a true sense of luxury.

I was kinda surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the room at Unahotels. The free minibar and easy-to-connect wifi were definite bonuses. The hotel's location in a quiet area, yet only a short walk to the nearest metro station, made it convenient for exploring the city. The view of the gold statue on top of the Duomo from the 5th floor was fine. Despite the minor inconvenience of the plug sockets, my overall experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
